Continued Public Quote Dissemination

You will continue to receive the best bid, best offer, and aggregate quotation size for covered stocks because national securities exchanges and the national securities association must make that information available to quotation vendors for public dissemination. The SEC estimates 30 respondents (29 exchanges and one association) will respond about 1,543,667,886,538 times per year at 16.20 microseconds per response, totaling about 208,410 hours annually. The SEC is soliciting comments on this extension with written comments due by February 23, 2026.
