CRD Processing Fee Schedule Changes
If you are an NYSE Arca ETP Holder or a firm that uses the CRD system, starting January 2, 2026 the system processing fees collected by FINRA for each registered representative and principal will change from $70 to a tiered schedule: $70 for 1–5 regulators, $95 for 6–20, $110 for 21–40, and $125 for 41 or more. The Exchange will mirror the FINRA fees and the fees are charged per registered person.
