CRD System Fees Increase per Registrant

If your firm uses the CRD system through NYSE American, the per-registered representative/principal system processing fee changes effective January 2, 2026. The new fees are: 1–5 regulators: $70; 6–20 regulators: $95; 21–40 regulators: $110; 41 or more regulators: $125. These fees mirror FINRA’s CRD fees and apply to Non‑FINRA Member Organizations (the Exchange lists the fees but does not collect them).
