Updated Qualification Exam Prices

Beginning January 2, 2026, the listed CRD fees for qualification examinations will be: Series 7 — $395; Series 14 — $450; Series 27 — $235; Series 57 — $105. These fees apply to users of the CRD system taking those exams.

Continuing-Education Session Fee Raised

If you use the CRD system for the Continuing Education Regulatory Element, the session fee will be $25 starting January 2, 2026. The Exchange states the current Regulatory Element fee listed is $18 and will be updated to $25 on that date.

Tiered Processing Fees per Registered Person

Starting January 2, 2026, Non-FINRA Participants will face tiered CRD system processing fees per registered representative or principal: $70 for 1–5 securities regulators, $95 for 6–20, $110 for 21–40, and $125 for 41 or more. The Exchange previously charged a $70 flat fee per registered person and will update its Fee Schedule to reflect this tiered structure.
