Lumens Camera: Ruled Product of Taiwan

On December 19, 2025, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) concluded that the Lumens VC-TR60A (TR60A) camera’s last substantial transformation occurred in Taiwan. For purposes of U.S. Government procurement under the Trade Agreements Act, CBP states the camera is a product of Taiwan, which is relevant to purchases restricted by the Federal Acquisition Regulation and the TAA.

30-Day Judicial Review Deadline

A party-at-interest may seek judicial review of CBP's final determination in court no later than February 12, 2026. The Federal Register notice publishing the determination was issued January 13, 2026, and the determination itself was issued December 19, 2025.

Administrative Reexamination Can Be Requested

Any party-at-interest other than the requester may ask CBP to reexamine the matter and issue a new final determination pursuant to 19 CFR 177.31. This administrative reexamination may be requested after publication of the final determination.
