Temporary River Flow Reduction

If you live in parts of New Hampshire or Vermont along the Connecticut River, river flows from the Comerford Development were reduced to 600 cubic feet per second (cfs). The reduction ran from September 29, 2025 through December 15, 2025 instead of the usual seasonal minimums of 818 cfs (June 1–September 30) or 1,145 cfs (October 1–March 31).

FERC Environmental Assessment and Comment Period

FERC staff will prepare an environmental assessment for the Fifteen Mile Falls project and plans to issue the EA by April 10, 2026. The EA will be available for a 30-day public comment period, and all comments will be reviewed and considered in the Commission's final decision.
