Summary
Forza Pipeline LLC and Bull Run Pipeline LLC want to build a new pipeline in parts of New Mexico and Texas. Landowners: Easement Negotiation and Eminent Domain
If you are a landowner in New Mexico or Texas, a pipeline company may contact you to negotiate an easement to construct, operate, and maintain the Forza Pipeline Project, but you are not required to agree. If FERC approves the project, the Natural Gas Act conveys the right of eminent domain to the company, and if a court condemnation occurs, compensation would be determined by a judge under state law.
Permanent Land Use and Construction Footprint
The project would install a 35.94-mile, 36-inch-diameter pipeline and associated facilities and would disturb about 738.6 acres of land during construction; about 473.2 acres would be maintained for permanent operation while the rest would be restored. These changes could reduce available land for prior uses on affected properties.

Historic Preservation Consultation for Tribes
FERC is initiating consultation under Section 106 of the National Historic Preservation Act with the applicable State Historic Preservation Office(s) and is soliciting views of interested Indian tribes, government agencies, and the public about potential effects on historic properties; findings will be documented in the environmental document.
