Monthly Logical Port Fees Start When Port Is Live
The Exchange will assess the monthly Logical Port Fee for each logical port once that logical port type is available in the live production environment. Participation in weekend production testing remains voluntary, but Members and non-Members will be charged the applicable monthly logical port fee after the port is launched in live production.
No Logical Port Fees During Test Weekends
If your firm uses the Exchange's weekend testing in the production environment, logical ports that support protocols not yet launched in the live production environment are free during those weekend tests. The rule clarifies that monthly logical port charges only begin once the corresponding logical port type is available in the live production environment; the change was filed January 29, 2026 and is effective immediately.
