If you own a small business affected by the severe winter storm from January 23, 2026 through January 25, 2026, the SBA has added DeSoto Parish (LA) and nearby contiguous areas—Natchitoches and Sabine Parishes in Louisiana and Panola and Shelby Counties in Texas—to the Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) declaration. You can apply for disaster assistance through the MySBA Loan Portal and must submit an EIDL application by November 2, 2026.
