SBA Disaster Loans Open to Louisiana Nonprofits
If you run a private non-profit that provides essential government-like services in Bienville, De Soto, East Carroll, Franklin, Morehouse, Ouachita, Richland, or West Carroll parishes in Louisiana, you may apply for SBA disaster loans because of the severe winter storm that hit January 23–27, 2026. Physical damage loan applications are due by May 4, 2026, and Economic Injury (EIDL) loan applications are available until December 4, 2026. The documented interest rate for both physical damage and economic injury loans for private non-profits is 3.625%.
