Individual Suspended from E-Rate Program

The FCC suspended Donatus Anyanwu from the schools and libraries universal service support mechanism (the E-Rate Program) and all universal service support mechanisms, effective with the suspension letter released April 13, 2026. The suspension means the suspended party cannot continue to benefit from the schools and libraries mechanism pending the debarment process.

Debarment Process and 30-Day Opposition Window

The FCC has commenced debarment proceedings against Mr. Anyanwu. Anyone who has an existing contract with him or intends to contract with him for matters related to schools and libraries may file an opposition request within 30 days of receiving the suspension letter or by May 13, 2026, whichever comes first, and the Bureau will decide on any opposition within 90 days.
