Right to File Opposition by May 13, 2026

If you have an existing contract with or plan to contract with Mark Whitaker for services related to the E‑Rate program, you may file an opposition request with supporting documentation within 30 days of receiving the suspension letter or by May 13, 2026, whichever comes first. The FCC's Enforcement Bureau will decide on any opposition request within 90 days after receipt.
