In-person and Virtual Meeting Access
The Oak Ridge Environmental Management Site-Specific Advisory Board will meet in person and virtually on May 13, 2026, from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. EDT at the DOE Information Center in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. To get virtual access you must email the listed address at least two days before the meeting.
Public Comment Time and Deadlines
Fifteen minutes are set aside for public comment during the May 13, 2026 meeting, and each oral commenter will get at least two minutes to speak. Written comments received at least two working days before the meeting will be given to board members and included in the meeting minutes; written comments received within two working days after the meeting will also be included in the minutes.
Disability Accommodation Requirement
The Board will make every effort to accommodate persons with physical disabilities or special needs for the May 13, 2026 meeting. If you need special accommodations due to a disability, you must contact the designated official at least seven days before the meeting.
No Public Questioning of Presenters
During the meeting, the public is not permitted to question board members or presenters; the Designated Federal Officer will conduct the meeting to keep business orderly. This rule limits live back-and-forth questioning by attendees at the May 13, 2026 meeting.
