Board Advises on Cleanup and Budgets

The Board provides community-based advice on cleanup, environmental restoration, waste management and disposition, excess facilities, future land use, long-term stewardship, communications, and budget priorities. The Board also serves to fulfill public participation requirements under CERCLA and RCRA and related Federal Facility Agreements, Consent Orders, Consent Decrees, and Settlement Agreements.

Rules for Public Comments

The meeting allocates 15 minutes for public comment; people making oral comments will get a minimum of two minutes each.
