If no protest is filed by the 5:00 p.m. Eastern Time June 9, 2026 deadline, or if a filed protest is withdrawn within 30 days after the filing deadline, the proposed activity will be deemed authorized effective the day after the time allowed for protest. If a protest is filed and not withdrawn within 30 days after the filing deadline, the Commission will consider the request.
