Instrument Approach & Takeoff Updates

Starting April 16, 2026, the FAA amended, suspended, or removed Standard Instrument Approach Procedures (SIAPs), Takeoff Minimums, and Obstacle Departure Procedures (ODPs) to reflect new criteria, navigation facilities, obstacles, or air traffic changes. Individual procedures are made effective as specified in the amendatory provisions and where shown, at 0901 UTC on the dates listed.

Updated Procedures at Listed Airports

The rule identifies specific airports (for example: San Luis Obispo, CA; Ronald Reagan Washington National, DC; Harrisburg, PA; Minneapolis-Saint Paul, MN; and others) with amended SIAPs and Takeoff Minimums that are scheduled with an AIRAC date of 14-May-26 or other dates shown. Those listed procedures become effective at 0901 UTC on the dates specified in the amendment.
