Physical- damage Disaster Loans Available

If you live in one of the listed Tennessee counties affected by the January 22–27, 2026 winter storm, you can apply for SBA physical damage disaster loans to repair or replace damaged property. Physical damage loan applications are due by June 10, 2026 and you can apply online at the MySBA Loan Portal (https://lending.sba.gov).

Economic Injury (EIDL) Loans for Businesses

Businesses and small agricultural cooperatives in the designated primary and contiguous counties may apply for Economic Injury Disaster Loans (EIDL) related to the January 22–27, 2026 storm. EIDL applications are available through January 11, 2027 and can be submitted via the MySBA Loan Portal.

SBA Disaster Loan Interest Rates Set

The SBA set interest rates for disaster loans: homeowners with credit available elsewhere 5.750%; homeowners without credit available elsewhere 2.875%; businesses with credit available elsewhere 8.000%; businesses without credit available elsewhere 4.000%; private non-profits 3.625%. For Economic Injury, businesses and small agricultural cooperatives without credit available elsewhere are 4.000% and private non-profits are 3.625%.
