Homeowner Disaster Repair Loans
If you own a home in the listed Washington counties or tribal areas, you can apply for an SBA physical damage loan to repair disaster damage. Physical damage loan applications are due by June 10, 2026. Interest rates for homeowners are 5.750% if credit is available elsewhere and 2.875% if credit is not available elsewhere.
Business Physical Damage Loans
If your business or private nonprofit in the listed Washington counties or tribal areas suffered physical damage from the December 5–19, 2025 incidents, you can apply for an SBA physical damage loan. Physical damage loan applications are due by June 10, 2026. Interest rates for businesses are 8.000% if credit is available elsewhere and 4.000% if not; private nonprofits are 3.625%.
Economic Injury (EIDL) Loans Available
Businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, and private non-profits in the listed Washington primary counties, tribal areas, and contiguous counties may apply for Economic Injury Disaster Loans. EIDL applications are available through January 7, 2027. Economic injury interest rates are 4.000% for businesses and cooperatives without credit available elsewhere and 3.625% for private non-profits without credit available elsewhere.

You can apply for disaster loans online at the MySBA Loan Portal (https://lending.sba.gov) or in person at locally announced locations. For help, SBA provides an email and phone contact (1-800-659-2955) and TTY access via 7-1-1 for people who are deaf, hard of hearing, or have a speech disability.
