The notice updates which organizations may apply for FY2026 Teacher and School Leader Incentive Program funds. Eligible applicants now include: (a) LEAs (including charter schools that are LEAs) or a consortium of LEAs; (b) a State educational agency (SEA) or other State agency designated by the State Chief Executive; (c) the Bureau of Indian Education; or (d) a partnership made up of one or more of the agencies in (a),(b), or (c) plus at least one nonprofit or for-profit entity.

The deadline to submit electronic applications through Grants.gov for the FY2026 Teacher and School Leader Incentive Program is now June 9, 2026. Complete proposals must be submitted by 11:59:59 p.m. Eastern time on June 9, 2026.
