Review Canceled — No New Duties

If you are a steel company or importer of cold-rolled steel from the United Kingdom, the Department of Commerce rescinded the antidumping administrative review for September 1, 2024 through August 31, 2025. That means you will not face any new antidumping-duty changes for that period; the rescission is effective April 17, 2026.

Cash Deposit Requirements Remain Unchanged

Commerce says no cash deposit rates will change as a result of this rescission. The current cash deposit requirements for cold-rolled steel from the United Kingdom will remain in effect until further notice, effective April 17, 2026.

Duties Assessed at Deposit Rate; Timing

Commerce will instruct U.S. Customs and Border Protection to assess antidumping duties at rates equal to the cash deposit required at the time of entry, in accordance with 19 CFR 351.212(c)(1)(i). Commerce intends to issue assessment instructions no earlier than 35 days after this notice is published (publication April 17, 2026).
