Major Disaster Declaration — Eligible Nonprofits
If your organization is a Private Non‑Profit providing essential governmental services in the listed Oregon counties (Clackamas, Hood River, Lane, Lincoln, Linn, Polk, Tillamook, Union, Yamhill), you are eligible to apply for disaster loans after the Presidential declaration (FEMA‑4907‑DR) issued April 7, 2026 for damage from December 15–21, 2025. The physical loan application deadline is June 10, 2026 and the Economic Injury (EIDL) loan application deadline is January 7, 2027.
Loan Interest Rate: 3.625% for Nonprofits
The interest rate for disaster loans to Private Non‑Profit organizations for both physical damage and economic injury is listed as 3.625 percent. These rates apply to the disaster numbers assigned: physical damage 215076 and economic injury 215080.
