10-Year Drug Import Ban

Ms. Kimberly Schaff Kiehl is debarred for 10 years from importing or offering for import any drug into the United States, effective April 23, 2026. The debarment follows her July 3, 2025 federal felony convictions for mail fraud and causing counterfeit drugs to be made, sold, or held for sale.

Helping Debarred Importer Is Prohibited

Pursuant to section 301(cc) of the FD&C Act, importing or offering for import any drug into the United States by, with the assistance of, or at the direction of Ms. Kiehl is a prohibited act effective April 23, 2026. Third parties cannot legally import drugs for or on behalf of Ms. Kiehl during her 10-year debarment.

Debarment-End Application Privacy Rules

Ms. Kiehl may apply at any time to terminate the debarment under section 306(d)(1). If she files the application electronically to https://www.regulations.gov it and attachments will be posted publicly unchanged; to keep confidential information private she must submit a written/paper application with two copies (one marked confidential and one redacted) as described in the notice.
