No‑Entry Safety Zone on Cheboygan Rivers
From April 22, 2026 through May 8, 2026, all vessels and people are prohibited from entering specified waters of the Cheboygan River, Black River, Indian River, and Crooked River in Cheboygan, MI unless specifically authorized by the Captain of the Port or their designated representative. To request permission, contact the Captain of the Port on VHF‑FM channel 16 or by phone at (906) 635-3237.
