Per-Contract Fee Doubles After Cap

If you are a Firm or Broker Dealer that trades options on NYSE Arca and reaches the $250,000 monthly fee cap, the incremental service fee charged per Manual (Open Outcry) contract will increase from $0.01 to $0.02 and that $0.02 fee will also apply to QCC transactions. This change is effective April 15, 2026. Manual executions that are Firm Facilitations and Broker Dealers facilitating a Customer or Professional Customer remain charged $0.00 per contract regardless of reaching the cap.

Floor Broker Credit/Rebate Cap Raised

If you are a Floor Broker firm on NYSE Arca, the maximum combined monthly limit on Floor Broker credits for QCC trades and rebates through the Manual Billable Rebate Program increases from $3,000,000 to $5,500,000 per month per firm. This change is effective April 15, 2026.
