NEPA Environmental Review Will Be Completed
The NRC will complete an environmental review under the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) and prepare an environmental assessment to decide whether an environmental impact statement is needed or a finding of no significant impact is warranted for the subsequent license renewal of NMP1 in Oswego County, New York.
Public Access to Application Documents
The subsequent license renewal application is publicly available online in the NRC ADAMS system under Accession No. ML26084A179 and on the NRC website; a copy is also available at the Oswego Public Library, 120 E 2nd St., Oswego, NY 13126.
