Expenditure Reports Still Required

If your organization receives Ryan White HIV/AIDS Program (RWHAP) or Ending the HIV Epidemic (EHE) funding under Parts A, B, C, or D, you must continue to submit an Expenditures Report to HRSA at the end of your grant budget period. HRSA is extending the Part A, Part B, Part B Supplemental, Part C, Part D, and EHE Expenditures Reports as part of this submission.

Estimated Annual Reporting Burden

HRSA estimates a total annualized burden of 2,530 hours across 648 respondents for these Expenditures Reports, with per-form burdens listed (for example, Part B: 54 respondents × 6 hours = 324 hours). HRSA estimates the collection revision results in a net decrease of 38 burden hours due to recipients' increased familiarity with reporting.

New Bulk Upload and Automation

HRSA will add bulk upload functionality and automate synchronization between the Consolidated List of Contractors and the Expenditure Reports, which HRSA said it will implement in response to public comment. These changes are intended to reduce time and effort required to submit the Expenditure Report.
