Remove Class E4 Over Boire Field

The FAA says the change is intended to keep operations safe and simple and that the anticipated impact is minimal with no significant economic impact on small entities.

Update Class D Airspace Description

The FAA proposes to amend the Nashua, NH Class D airspace description to specify the area extends from the surface to 2,700 feet MSL within a 5-mile radius of Boire Field Airport, excluding a 2-mile radius around Pepperell Airport.
