If you want to intervene, protest, or answer a complaint in these proceedings, you must file by 5:00 p.m. Eastern time on the listed comment dates: May 11, 2026 (El Paso and Discovery filings) and May 19, 2026 (East Ohio filing). For the East Ohio filing, protests under Sec. 284.123(g) are due by 5:00 p.m. ET on June 29, 2026. The notice states intervention is necessary to become a party to the proceeding.
