These percentages indicate the weighted-average dumping margins Commerce identified for those countries.

The Orders cover prestressed concrete strand (PC strand) made from non-stainless, non-galvanized steel wire that is suitable for use in prestressed concrete applications, including both pretensioned and post-tensioned uses.
