Four SBICs Licensed with 2.00x Leverage
If you are a small business owner or self-employed, four new Small Business Investment Companies (SBICs) received licenses: Stonehenge Community Impact Fund II, L.P. (licensed 2026-03-25), Energy Impact Credit Fund III, L.P. (licensed 2026-03-26), QS Capital Strategies III, L.P. (licensed 2026-04-14), and Trinity Capital SBIC, L.P. (licensed 2026-04-20). Each listed SBIC has a Total Intended Leverage Commitment of 2.00x (the maximum amount of leverage expressed as a multiple of Leverageable Capital under 13 CFR 107.1150).
