New RNAV Route Q-838 Near Glasgow, MT
The FAA proposes to create Canadian RNAV Route Q-838 between the Glasgow, MT VOR/DME and the CAYUS, MT waypoint on the U.S./Canadian border, and to revoke Jet Route J-539 in its entirety. The proposal also removes the computer navigation fix CFWVQ and replaces the cross-border connection with the CAYUS waypoint.
FAA Certifies De Minimis Economic Impact
The FAA states this proposed rule is routine and will, at most, cause de minimis costs from compliance or minor flight rerouting, and certifies it will not have a significant economic impact on a substantial number of small entities under the Regulatory Flexibility Act. The FAA expects no more than minor costs for affected operators.
