Closed Session on Export Controls
On June 2, 2026, ETTAC will hold a closed session from about 9:30 a.m. to no later than 4:00 p.m. to discuss U.S. Government strategies and potential revisions to the Commerce Control List and export control policies, including trade secrets and confidential business information.
In-Person Attendance Only; Registration Required
The meeting will be held in person at the Herbert C. Hoover Building in Washington, DC, on June 2, 2026. You must register by 11:59 p.m. on May 27, 2026 to attend the open session, and attendees must sign in and show photo ID (for example, a Real ID or passport) to enter.
Submit Written Statements; Can Designate CBI
Members of the public may submit written statements at any time, and are encouraged to email materials by May 27, 2026 for timely distribution. You may mark submissions as Confidential Business Information (CBI); CBI will not be discussed in the open session but may be considered in the closed session.
