ICTS National Emergency Extended One Year

If your company deals with certain foreign information and communications technology or services (ICTS), the national emergency declared by Executive Order 13873 on May 15, 2019 will continue for one year. The continuation keeps the emergency authorities under the International Emergency Economic Powers Act in effect through May 15, 2027 to address ICTS transactions involving foreign countries or foreign nationals that may pose security risks.
