  • People capable of pregnancy and families would be affirmed the autonomy to decide whether and when to have children and urged to get free or affordable contraception, medically accurate information, and gender-inclusive sex education.
  • Health providers and clinics would be encouraged to expand training so primary care clinicians can counsel, provide, and follow up on highly effective reversible contraception methods.
  • Federal programs and global health efforts would be urged to receive support and funding for contraception and related services through Title X, Medicaid, Indian Health Service, TRICARE, USAID, and other federal health channels, including safe abortion services and postabortion care.
