Tariff relief for Israel and Ukraine imports
If enacted, the U.S. would stop applying the reciprocal tariffs from the named Executive Order to any goods from Israel or Ukraine. This would start upon enactment. Importers and resellers would pay less in duties on those goods. Some savings could pass through to shoppers as lower prices. Other tariffs or trade rules would not change.
