Summary

Removes the long-standing ban on the Department of Defense using funds and facilities for abortion care. The Military Access to Reproductive Care and Health for Military Servicemembers Act, or MARCH for Military Servicemembers Act, would repeal Section 1093 of title 10, U.S. Code. That repeal would allow the Department of Defense to use its funds and military medical facilities to provide or support abortion care for eligible patients and let military health providers offer those services in DoD settings.

The bill would take effect upon enactment and does not add new funding.
