Boosts Native Hawaiian governance over the grants that support Native Hawaiian arts and culture. This bill would amend the American Indian, Alaska Native, and Native Hawaiian Culture and Art Development Act to change wording in one subsection and tighten rules about the governing board for Native Hawaiian grants.
