Summary
Makes entrance free at National Park and National Wildlife Refuge sites that charge fees on Federal holidays. This bill would add the Federal holidays listed in 5 U.S.C. 6103 as days when the Secretary must waive entrance fees at units that currently charge under the cited provision.

Free park entry on Federal holidays
If enacted, you would not have to pay an entrance fee at certain National Parks or National Wildlife Refuges on Federal holidays. This only applies to units that currently charge an entrance fee under 16 U.S.C. 6802(e)(1). The waiver would apply only on Federal holidays listed in 5 U.S.C. 6103. The change would take effect upon enactment.
