Summary
Prohibits waiving or reducing entrance fees at units of the National Park System and the National Wildlife Refuge System. The bill would bar fee waivers or reductions for any unit that charges an entrance fee under the Federal Lands Recreation Enhancement Act (FLREA) section 803(e)(1), with one narrow exception that a waiver or reduction may be used to commemorate a sitting President's birthday only when that birthday falls on a Federal holiday listed in 5 U.S.C. 6103.
