More outreach for women farmers

This bill would expand a USDA outreach program for socially disadvantaged and veteran farmers and ranchers to explicitly include women. It would add gender as a basis for being "socially disadvantaged." It would require that not less than 10 percent of subsection (c) funds each year be used for socially disadvantaged women farmers and ranchers. It would also let qualifying women's nonprofit organizations be eligible (they must be founded by and to serve women, be 501(c)(3) tax-exempt, and have existed at least 10 years) and change the program's authorized funding period to fiscal years 2021 through 2031. The bill does not set dollar amounts.
