Supporting the goals and ideals of National Women's History Month.

Supports National Women's History Month and honors the women and organizations who fought for suffrage and promote the teaching of women’s history. It highlights key U.S. milestones and leaders from the 1848 Seneca Falls convention and Wyoming’s early suffrage to the 19th Amendment, and names later firsts such as the first women in Congress, the first woman Governor, and modern milestones including the first Native American women in the House and the first woman vice president. The resolution also specifies the 2025 theme “Moving Forward Together! Women Educating & Inspiring Generations.”
