Higher Medicare APM incentive 2027

This bill would change Medicare incentive payments for eligible alternative payment models (APMs). If enacted, clinicians and providers who take part in an eligible APM would get an incentive of 3.53% of their qualifying Medicare payments for 2027. The bill would also move some year labels so the APM incentive schedule extends through 2027 and 2028. Other APM rules would stay the same unless the bill says otherwise.
