Oklahoma funds cyber crime and fraud unit

The law gives the Oklahoma State Bureau of Investigation up to $1.5 million for its Cyber Crime and Fraud Unit Fund. The money comes from the state General Revenue Fund to carry out Enrolled Senate Bill 1859. The appropriation applies to the fiscal year ending June 30, 2027, and is operative July 1, 2026. The act declares an emergency and takes effect upon passage and approval.
