Government leases St. Thomas warehouse site
The law approves a 30-year lease of Parcel No. 30 at the Submarine Base in St. Thomas (about 17,396 sq. ft., one-story building). Use is limited to a logistics storage warehouse and related purposes. Rent is $1,000 per month for the first 12 months. After that, rent is $60,000 a year, paid as $5,000 each month. The lease includes two 10-year renewal options under Title 31 V.I. Code § 205(c).
