Pay-per-call services — means what section 228(i) of title 47 says, and the Federal Trade Commission may by rule broaden that meaning to cover other similar audio information or entertainment services despite subparagraphs (B) and (C) of 228(i)(1) if the Commission finds those services are likely to be subject to the unfair or deceptive practices barred under section 5711(a) of this title. Attorney general — the chief legal officer of a State. State — any State of the United States, the District of Columbia, Puerto Rico, the Northern Mariana Islands, and any territory or possession of the United States. Commission — the Federal Trade Commission.
