President can remove the Association’s whole Board for the remainder of their terms if it acts against the public interest, the purposes of this part, or fails its duties. New members must be appointed under section 6754 with Senate approval under Senate Resolution 116 (112th Congress). Individual members may be removed only for neglect or wrongdoing. After notice, the President or a designee may suspend rules or stop actions that conflict with those purposes.
