Takes specific lands in California out of public sale or settlement and sets them aside as reserved forest land. The lands are: Township 17 south, Range 30 east of the Mount Diablo meridian, except Sections 31, 32, 33, and 34; all of Townships 15 and 16 south in Ranges 29 and 30 east; Sections 5 and 6 of Township 14 south, Range 28 east; and Sections 31 and 32 of Township 13 south, Range 28 east. No rule or contract about protecting or improving these reserved lands may require more money than the amounts the Secretary of the Interior receives under these provisions, and none may charge the U.S. Treasury.
