Colleges that want a grant, contract, or cooperative agreement must apply to the Secretary at the time and in the way the Secretary requires, and send any information asked for. The application must describe the activities the college will do and how they meet the program’s goals, explain how many campus people helped plan the activities, show how the college will work with the office that serves students with disabilities, and say how it will copy proven, research-based best practices from successful colleges.
