The Secretary of Veterans Affairs can help groups listed or approved under section 5902 run recreational programs that aid disabled veterans’ rehabilitation. Help is allowed only if the programs are offered nationwide and a significant percentage of participants are eligible for rehabilitation services under chapter 17. The Secretary can accept donations to pay for the help. The Secretary can let approved groups or people who give significant contributions use the VA seal or name for purposes the Secretary approves. Any ad using the seal or name must be approved first and must clearly say the VA does not endorse any product, project, or commercial line mentioned.
