The head of the General Services Administration (GSA) must, within a reasonable time after either House of Congress or any congressional committee asks, send Congress a report. The report must list the location, size, cost, and current status of each public building project covered by this part that was unfinished as of the request date or another date the request names. When the Senate Committee on Environment and Public Works or the House Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure asks by resolution, the GSA and the United States Postal Service must do a building project survey and, within a reasonable time, report the survey to Congress with all the information that goes in a project prospectus.
